2. Do I have to pay you full before service?
You pay 50% prior to and 50% after your service.
3. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Money Order, Cash. We do not accept checks.
4. Are you a qualified photographer and/or a filmmaker?
I am both. I used to be an international model and I have mastered the shots from the front and the back of the camera over a lot of years. I majored in film and Television.
5. Where can the photoshoots and videos be done?
Inside and outside studio
6. Where are your locations for scouting?
New York, NY; Las Vegas, NV; Dallas, TX; Alamogordo, NM; United Arab Emirates; Costa Rica; Sudan; Italy; Panama; Spain; Germany; England; Bahrain; Lebanon; Saudi Arabia; Qatar; Egypt.
7. Do you have make-up artists/hair stylists/fashion stylists for photoshoots and videos?
Yes, but you will have to pay a fee for make-up and hair and then there is a separate fee for a fashion stylist. If you have questions, you are more than welcome to reach out to us.
8. What if I was dissatisfied with your services?
We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and can go to any lengths to resolve your issues. You can call us at (917) 930-5884 or send us an email to shadia@shadiaelamin.com. If you are dissatisfied with our resolution, we can give you 25% discount on your next purchase.
10. Do you have a special offer for new customers?
Yes, 10% discount on the first service. Any time you refer us, you get 10% off your next service.
11. Do I have to worry about permits?
No, we will take care of that for you.
